It's international Silly Walk Day? (Apparently So)

Why Does That Matter To You?

Quick One Today For You!!

If you read my last newsletter, we asked the question why the “Season of Gratitude” has to be confined to a period of time from the end of November to the end of the year!

To support the notion, I brought up all of the things that are “recognized” officially on given days of the months and years, including a list of all of the days of recognition in January.

Well THIS video post popped up on my twitter feed this morning.

Ummm. Okay Hess, why does this matter?

HUGE John Cleese fan, but It begs the question.

If you can recognize a silly walk today, then you can probably recognize someone on your team for doing something that you otherwise wouldn’t have thought to make note of - something they are “supposed to do as their job.”

And in so doing, you might just make them feel seen.

Who knows, that feeling may even get them walking a little skippier so they too can participate in INTERNATIONAL SILLY WALK DAY!

Kindly share with me ALL videos of those you see walking a little silly today - thank you.

And then send this to 3 people who you think may walk a little silly so they can benefit from being seen.
